There is no customer service phone number or email to contact them. There were no options or information ANYWHERE else on the site about how to downgrade or reasign the account. In order to deactivate your account, you must first downgrade or reassign billing owner responsibility'. The only option available was to 'deactivate account' but when I clicked on it a message popped up saying 'Account billing owner may not deactivate their account. When I finally located the login that we no longer used, I spent a month searching the website for an option to cancel the account. I was not informed I would be charged this money ahead of time, or I would have canceled the account before the charge. On 3/23/23 I was charged $659.40 for use of the Asana website that I had been told was closed. We have also requested a callback, all of which have been refused. For any breach of the foregoing warranties, as Asanas sole liability and Customers exclusive remedy, Asana will correct the non-conforming Service, and, if Asana is unable to correct the Service within a commercially reasonable time following receipt of written notice of breach, then Customer will be entitled to terminate the applicable Order Form and receive a refund of any prepaid, unused fees applicable to the remaining portion of the Subscription Term measured from the effective date of termination."- We have requested Asana to issue a refund and remove our billing method from their database. Asana warrants during the applicable Subscription Term that: (a) the Service will materially conform to the applicable Documentation and (b) Asana will not materially decrease the functionality of the Service. Asana breached the following clause when removing functionality from our Free Trial even after upgrading to Premium without letting us know specific functionalities would be withheld:"3.2.1 Service Warranties. Asana fraudulent practices are as follows:- Free Trial was initiated granting access to additional software features - When Free Trial concluded, the account was upgraded as of Jand payment was rendered in full for the amount of $1,397.93 USD - Upon use of the software, our team noticed we had been granted features in the trial that were being withheld on Premium Upgrade - These features appeared to move to a more expensive plan, but what changes occurred from our trial to our paid plan was not published or made available to us - We continued to use the platform despite not receiving the services endered as advertised in Free Trial until cancellation on Wed, Jun 28 - Upon cancellation, we requested a Pro-Rated refund and a supervisor call back.
